What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk about what they want, what they want to avoid.ask for pictures of goal color, length ect, I also tell them realistically what it takes to keep it up with me. I also reward my customers hugely for sen ssf king me work. 5 referred color customers gets a free color appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from my areas leading cosmotologists academ . Paul mitchrlls partnered school "Rudy and Kelly " I've taken so many refresher color and or cut classes.
