What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For in salon services, I like to do a short consult over the phone, text, or email, to make sure we are clear on the expectation of the service. At the time of booking an appointment, I require a credit card number.
For a Bridal client, I start by sending the Bride a copy of my Wedding Contract. This is to make sure they know my terms and conditions. Then we discuss how many people will be having services done, and do a schedule
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 14 years experience behind the chair. I've never taken time off from working . I am also a certified educator for Farouk Systems. I teach and attend a number of continuing education courses annually

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
plan ahead. I book out 6-8 weeks for in salon appointments. Saturdays book almost 5 months.
