My name is Michael Odom, I'm originally from San Diego, CA. I've been doing Portrait and Event Photography since 2011. Currently, I work in the Marketing Department for an equipment dealership where I shoot inventory videos and take professional photos for web sales on a daily basis.
In my free time, I do Family Photography and Wedding Videos/Photos. I specialize in Product Photography and Portrait Photography as well as Videography. My equipment is very well taken care of and is the most up to date mirrorless technology. With a wide range of lenses, I can capture unique looks and perspectives that will leave you satisfied and accommodate any situation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I attended South Western University for 3 years attending Graphic Design and Photography Courses. Currently, I work in Marketing for Agriculture and Construction Equipment where I shoot informational videos and product photos on a daily basis.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Price is reflected by the equipment required for the shoot and duration. One hour family shoot with edits is $150. One hour video shoot is $250.
How did you get started in this business?
I've been shooting photography since 2010, once I felt my skills were improved enough I started applying for photographer positions. My first Photographer Job was for an agency doing high school yearbook photos, after that I landed a Marketing job for an Equipment Dealership in 2017. Shooting video and photos on a daily basis for the last 3 years has greatly improved my skills and equipment. Now that I have enough knowledge and equipment, I'm ready to take on the world.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have shot for agencies and private customers. Currently, I shoot on a daily basis for an Agriculture and Construction Equipment dealership. over the last 4 weekend I've shot 3 weddings and one baptism.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently did a video for an all-new 2020 CLAAS Axion tractor. loved this project cause we got to go out on the fields where they do all the work and capture all the action as it was going on. Being in the center of the action and getting crisp clean shots makes it all worth it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you like the Photographer and you like the feel and perspective of their shots.
