About

My goal is to provide customers with quality food and services based on their budget and event. We provide delivery, delivery plus and full-service with a wide variety of food options.

For full-service events I make it my goal to make the buffet tables tailored to the clients theme while adding details and color. I like to see the tables pop and typically we stage instead of just laying out white linens with chaffers.

I meet with my clients and either they can go with menus i have on hand or which happens most I will create a custom bid to fit their theme and palete. Uniquely my customers get my attention from the day of consult to the day of the event.

I have been cooking and baking for 20 years and catering has also provided me much experience in event planning.

    Frequently asked questions

    First, I talk with client and get a idea of the budget, the event, any food wants or dislikes, time and day details.

    I than present a client with a solid bid based on a custom or standard menu.

    If the client likes what the see for full-service events we do a tasting at minimal charge for up to 4 people.  At this point if the client chooses to go with our services than a contract is signed and deposit received.

    Once the contract is signed I contact the client several months prior and at the two week mark.  Plus anytime the client contacts me.
