About

My name is Brian Blake, Have been working the food industry for over 40 years. I take so much pride in what we do and the love that goes into every event. I look forward to taking care of each client as i would my family. We make everything from scratch that we can to provide the best food and service possible.

The best thing about what we do is after we have served our clients the amount of calls and the positive feed back that we get is so rewarding. I have the drive that it takes to please our clients and keep them coming back for more.

    Frequently asked questions

When i get a call from a new client i like to talk with them about what they are looking for what type of event it is and then i will work with the client to work out a menu that they would like. Once we have decieded on the menu we will then schedule a free tasting. I feel the tasting is the key to getting the client to booking with Special Occasions catering.

I started working in the restaurant industry when i was 15. I worked for 28 years in the same restaurant before starting my catering business. It all has been a good ride so far.

I do alot of weddings throught the year. We do alot of events with the UW and with different rotarys around town.
