Jones Custom Photography
About
Certified Professional Photographer offering a Custom Experience for each person I photograph. I focus on wall portraits and albums so that you don't have to do all the work creating them on your own. I also make sure all products provided will hold up and look amazing for future generations to look back on.
I love creating beautiful images that my clients will love for many years. Nothing makes me happier than having someone come view their images and leave in tears from loving them more than they could expect. I also love creating custom art and portrait pieces that my clients couldn't get on their own and that fit well in their home with their personal lifestyle.

Frequently asked questions
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Digital Technology and Culture with a Minor in Psychology and an English Writing Certificate through WSU Tricities
Certified Professional Photographer since 2015
How did you get started in this business?
I started with darkroom photography classes in high school and college and my love for capturing the perfect moment just grew from there. I feel like it was an advantage to start out developing my own black and white film and prints. I learned the basics of creating an image and rules of photography every professional should know. Overtime I switched to digital and have become an expert in editing images. Just because I can do alot with Photoshop though doesn't mean I do, I want you to be recognizable in your portraits but have no problem editing out pesky lumps and bumps no one wants. Also coming from film, I have learned to get most of image creating right in the camera so time editing is cut down.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types! I specialize in Boudoir for Women of all shapes and sizes. For wedding photography, I love the off-beat style weddings, same sex, combing cultures, tattoos, and and anything outside of a typical cookie-cutter wedding.
My favorite customers are laid back to match my go-with-the-flow attitude. For weddings, they want to be married and celebrate their love versus putting on a big show for everyone.
What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?
Do your homework, see an entire session or event like yours. Also meet them in person and see physical printed products. Overall make sure that it is a good fit personality-wise and that you will mesh well when creating your dream images.
