About
Family business with a passion for sharing our Creole heritage and recipes in our foods and service. We want people to know there is an easy and affordable way to eat delicious homemade meals for them and their families.
This idea was born from our love of smoothies as a family. This was my way of making sure my family was getting all of their servings of fruits and vegetables on a daily or weekly basis. We do not add sugar, dairy or ice to our smoothies.
