Willie's Addictive Barbecue

Our name is Willie's Addictive BBQ, I love making people happy with my food. My name is Willie, I'm also a Chef at Queen City Yacht Club in Seattle. I love what I do, and I hire only staff that are professional and love it too. My Smoker is on wheels, and self contained. People say we have the best BBQ they ever tasted, and most of them come from or live in Texas, Tennessee, and Kansas. My taste comes from an old fashioned Texas family recipe...my skills come from my 26 year military service and Travels. I learn from the best, Grandmother's , Mothers, fathers from many countries including my own. Also one of my specialties are Prime Rib and Salmon and a host of other things So if you love BBQ or just anything great!... why go to the rest when you can have the Best.
