After first contact:
-Gather and note needed specifications - customer requests
-Agree on terms and on cost (Visiting may or may not help)
-Plan the time when appropriate - schedule with Client
-During arranged time, begin and complete job for Client

Associates Degree: Photoshop, Technical Phography, Web page, desktop publishing, etc.
