Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial communication to establish goals/set intentions. Make myself available for any questions/concerns leading up to our work day. Complete the job and provide excellent client service throughout.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in Television Production from Specs Howard School of Media Arts in Detroit, MI.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No. Price is always negotiable. I like to create a conversation first and come to terms with the client based on their needs.
How did you get started in this business?
I decided I wanted to make a career change in 2008. I wanted to get out of the corporate rat-race and into a field where I can be my creative self. That’s when I went back to school for Media Arts/Broadcasting. The rest is history...
What types of customers have you worked with?
Entertainment professionals, professional athletes, Fortune 500 companies, non-profits and everything in between.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The Duwamish Water Festival. I covered this event as a volunteer photographer for the Nature Conservancy of WA.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for not only consistency in their work, but in their attitude and punctuality.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have a clear idea in your mind that you can convey into words. If you don’t have any idea, then be communicative in the brainstorming process.
