Owner Of RKD ProductionsI was born in Riverside, California. I moved around a lot all over Southern California until I was 14. Thats when I was uprooted from the San Bernardino, Loma Linda, Orange County and Running Spring lifestyle I had been living and moved to Pateros, WA. After being taken into the small community as one of their own, I had never felt more at home in my life and immediately fell in love with the Pacific Northwest.
Post high school, I went to Eastern Washington University & Spokane Community College to pursue Business and Advertising. After realizing the career path I had chosen was not the one for me, I went back to my roots a bit, rediscovered my love for acting and film making. Applying, being accepted to, and graduating from The Los Angeles Film School, I started my own small business 'RKD Productions' in Southern California.
After missing the different seasons and the Pacific Northwest (along with the high price of living in CA). I ventured back to Spokane, WA. I got a job at KREM2 News and GNC. Working retail during the day and in the studio at KREM2/KSKN22 from 3:00pm to 1:00am. Until finally being promoted to the full time position of Commercial Producer and Director of The Marketing & Creative department.
Once I put a few years under my belt, I felt that I was missing out on a business opportunity, with re-opening up RKD Productions in Spokane, WA. Working side by side with small businesses around the tri-state area, Pacific and Inland Northwest. And potentially larger business and cooperation clients as well. While also offering a service to the general public and community.
So that's what RKD Productions is, a service of Photo/Videography, Social Media Content, and Commercial Production, so more people will understand what a wonderful part of the globe this is to live and do business in!
