About
I became a photographer because physical memories fade and pictures are a way to keep them fresh in our minds. It started as a hobby, but as my passion for preserving memories grew, I knew I wanted to do this for others as well. I turned my passion into a career in 2016 and I've been loving it. In 2020, I added event planning, day of coordination, and officiant services. I love being a part of love stories and wanted to do more. My motto is, enter as a client and leave as family. If you're looking for someone who is ALL in, let's chat and if you want to check out my work: www.facebook.com/foreverinamomententertainment
I hope to talk soon!
I enjoy working with my clients most of all. You are why I do this. Getting to know you helps me give you the service you deserve. The laughs, stories shared, and inside jokes with my clients make my job feel less like work and more like spending time with good friends. I also love capturing these moments, from family sessions to weddings, I get to be a part of something special. When you look at your photos and smile, that is my greatest joy. I am here to help create forever memories, ones you'll want to relive for years to come. Thank you to all who entrust me to do just that.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have either a phone or in person consultation to get to know the people I work with. If we mesh and you want to book me, a contract will be drafted for a signing and a deposit will be obtained to secure your date. I like to keep in touch after being booked. If you have thoughts or questions, don't hesitate to reach out!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out as self taught, but have since added training via Amy & Jordan webinars, coaching via Heatherly Bloom Doan and also her Phototog Life group, and training with local photographers who have taken me under their wing.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For standard sessions, I charge $300 per hour. For events and weddings, my rates start at $800 and go up to $2,500, depending on number of hours and location. For coordinator services and event planning, the packages are customized for each client. My rate for officiating is $325.
How did you get started in this business?
My friend asked if I would take family pics for her. At that time, I was a stay at home mom of an infant. I had left my office job to take care of my daughter and was loving it. Something was missing though. So when my friend asked me to take pictures for her, I thought why not? She then asked if I ever considered turning my hobby into something more. We talked for awhile and in the end, she gave me the push I needed to start my business. I'm forever grateful to her for believing in me and still being one of my biggest supporters.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with some great people. Their walks of life and stories vary. What most have in common is that they have genuinely good hearts. My ideal clients are people who feel comfortable being themselves with me, love to laugh, and want to build a lasting connection.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I got contracted by a fellow photographer to take maternity photos recently. It was a snowy day, but the cold didn't matter. We laughed, got to know one another, and had a great time. As I was snapping shot after shot, smiling and laughing, I told myself this is why I do this. The people I work with and giving them forever memories are my biggest joys when I work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Price matters, but there is so much more to it than that. Always ask to see their work. Chat with them and get a feel for whether or not you will mesh well together. Will you get the experience you're looking for? Will you look back on not only the photos, but also your time with your photographer and smile? These are all things to consider when you book someone. You are entrusting your lifelong memories with them and whomever you pick should be someone you have trust in and respect for.
