What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Headshot clients can often get scheduled within 24-48 hours. Longer session types (families, seniors, engagement, commercial) can typically be scheduled within 2-5 business days, though longer lead times are appreciated.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a PPA certified Master Photographer and Photographic Craftsman.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Basic business headshots are $149. All other services and products are available for custom quoting.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clientele ranges from individuals to companies like GE Healthcare, American Family Insurance, and many other regional companies, both large and small.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check into their expertise and experience. There are many folks calling themselves "professional" who do not have the knowledge, skills and experience to qualify as such. It's an unfortunate reality.
