I am a ServSafe Manager. I've been a CNA for the past 18 1/2 years and I love to cook. I recently got my ServSafe Managers license and I want the world to taste the delicious food that my 6 children, and anyone has ever tasted my cooking enjoy.
How did you get started in this business?
I've been cooking since I was 10 years old. It has gotten remarkably better with time. I love what I do and love the satisfied look on my client's faces when they taste some of my favorites.
