Having walked away as an executive administrator after 15 years I finally married my passions of cooking, service to others, and being a people person! I love learning specifics about each customer and customizing an experience to meet their needs rather than a "cookie cutter" type of catering or personal chief experience! I've won a few awards for cooking in my day recently "People's Choice Award" for a scholarship fundraiser👨🍳
I flat out love cooking and entertaining guests while creating a unique experience regardless of the occasion/size big or small! I take pride in pleasing my clients and thrive when I'm being challenged to step out of my comfort zone!

Let begin by saying wow! Philly’s attention to detail was second to none. He took care of our family for reunion feeding more than 100 of us.
He was with us every step of the way and added a special touch to the festivities. To say he became part of the family while showing his love through his gift would be an understatement.

I really thought at first that getting all that I wanted within my budget was going to be too good to be true but working directly with Tio Philly, he managed to give me several options without making me feel overwhelmed.
