With over 15 years of experience, I started working as a chef and moved to open a cafe in stoughton, WI.
We offer experience through our unique blend of flavors from our cuisine which is a reflection of historical interactions of trade routes along the East African coast, that impacted the unique blend of flavors from Arabia, Persia, India, and the Middle East which has contributed the distinct Swahili culinary identity.
