What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a new client is very special to me. The process of getting to know them and their specific needs. Having a consultation over the phone or in person is a must. That process can take anywhere from 15min to 30min. After that the process begins on setting up a glam appointment where every client is treated unique.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a high school graduate, I also finished 2 years of cosmetology. After that I received my license by talking two test that they require before issuing my license. Past with flying colors. I am also an educator that teaches upcoming professionals to be great in this industry. I have taken classes to prefect my craft. I constantly on a consecutive basis allow my self to grow in every area by getting knowledge when its available.
