What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I ask them what type of service they are looking for or is there a specific problem they need help with. Any health issues I need to know about, kind of medicines they take i.e HBP, blood thinners ect. What kind of results do they expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Clinical Podiatrist Medical Assistant. I've worked with Podiatrists.
