I have always had a very deep on fire love for the kitchen. My happiness comes from seeing smiling faces and full bellies, once I've completed a meal for them.. I'm no big city fancy chef by far . My love comes to the kitchen with good Ole authentic cooking straight from the soul. Everything I love about cooking comes from the soul. I do all kinda varieties and cuisines. My specialty would be soul food , my next favorite would be Mexican then Italian. I deeply specialize in breakfast as well.. omelets, casseroles, waffles, pancakes ,french toast , etc !!!
