About

Hi my name is Chef Stephen Burrow. I have been an executive chef for 20 years. I am a native of central Arkansas and I draw my passion for food from my roots growing up in the delta with a farm under my feet. I started my career as a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu’s Culinary University in Austin,TX. After cutting my teeth in Austin’s amazing food scene, I moved back to central Arkansas where I quickly became Bill Clinton’s personal chef via the executive chef role at the Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock, where I resided for almost a decade. During that time I prepared food for not only presidents, but many celebrities and foreign dignitaries that were often the Clinton’s personal guests. During those years I ran the catering department, where we easily cleared over 100 weddings per year, as well as corporate, non-profit, and political diners. And also was the chef over the onsite restaurant “Forty Two”. Since those years I’ve ran kitchens in country clubs, hospitals, and fine dining restaurants across the state. I am always drawn back to my catering roots though. These days I run my own hospitality group and restaurant consulting firm. I love the flexibility in being able to book events and caterings whenever the opportunity arises. I have all everything I need to plan, execute, and cater any type of event from weddings to private dinners. No size is too small or too large. I do cocktail hours for 10-20 people all the time, and my largest event ever was an 11,000 person seated and served lunch. So please don’t hesitate to reach out. I also have very close ties with about any type of event vendor you might be seeking out in central Arkansas as well, and am always willing to help assist as an event planner as well. Let me take some of that stress off your plate so you can enjoy a plate of your customized event menu.

Warmest Regards,

Chef Steohen
