I love being a cosmetologist doing hair and waxing. I see the look on the clients days when you give them the greatest highlight or color that they've had and they want to recommend you to everyone.

Consultation I want to know everything about their hair or what they are wanting waxed. I want to get to know them.

I started doing hair at the age of 19 I have always wanted to do it. Is this group from there watching client faces.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a single mother come in the other day to get a highlight she absolutely loved it then she text message me to let me know that her son that came with her and told her how beautiful she looked.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Honestly just go to a salon sit back and watch the girls and how they do hair. I have had several clients in the past that just watched me and wanted me.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How much work will be involved for their hair. How much time are they willing to spend each day on their hair.
