We provide a diverse menu that is catered to our audience. Our BBQ meat items are smoked for over 18 hours until it is falling off the bone. We have created a sauce that has been passed down from generations with a tweak of some new generation pizzazz! We provide unique tastings with an array of delicacies in a fun setting that is appealing and we pride ourselves in 'hearing' the needs and fantasies of our clients.

I was greatly impressed with Blaq’s BBQ And Catering’s quality of service! I catered an event at my job and not only was the food delivered on time, but the owner was professional, courteous and patient, as there was a miscommunication on my end, for retrieving the food. The event was a smash to say the least, as my coworkers raved about the menu, taste and variety of food. It was seasoned to perfection; the meat was tender and hands down Blaq’s BBQ has been nominated to cater our annual holiday work dinner this year!!

Blaqs BBQ was amazingly mouthwatering and falling off of the bone good! Im a big fan of the Brisket and Ribs and the Cabbage was on point too! I highly recommend Blaqs BBQ and Catering for any event!
