Ciao, Remember the chef cucina italiana catering is a cathering service in which we supply authentic italian food for an array of events. From graduations to weddings- to private cooking classes, date nights and wine pairing. Chef Giancarlo wants to provide you with a little piece of italy.

Chef expanded his culinary horizon in France where he was an Executive Chef for All Seven group, a private, luxury yacht group. In 2006, Giancarlo moved to Germany, where he opened two of the most successful and largest restaurants in the Lower Saxony; Cafe Puccini and Borgo Dei Medici with his italian business partner. He moved to Tucson and started his new restaurant venture La Mia Toscana, before settling in Phoenix and becoming a manager for PRG and General manager at one of their many locations.
