What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact customer to find out what type of event they would like to have, the number of guests, what type of Sushi. After gathering all the information, I will then create a menu and the price.

I worked as a server for a number of catering companies for many years and my experience as Sushi Chef were combined and that is how My Sushi Party was created.
