Gather the most possible details and requirements of the event by email or phone. Make a proposal for our client then reviewed. Deposit reserves event date. Execute to our best of our possibilities !

How did you get started in this business?
After 20 years as a Chef in upscale resorts, I made the decision to bring my talent and experiences on a more personal level and start my own catering company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
In all my years of experience I've worked with all different clients from a family dinners, corporate events, pharmaceutical reps, weddings, quiseaneras, political figures in Arizona, celebrities and professional sports athletes.

Every single event is special in its own ways. I've had great clients and very greatful to share these memorable moments.

Look for responsiveness and personal interest in your needs

Do you have my date open? How many wedding do you do per year and how long have you been in business? Do you use all fresh produce, meats, fish etc.? Can you source organic or sustainably farmed ingredients? Show less
