What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to schedule a chat with our clients once we've decided via email the initial particulars coincide i.e. date available, etc.
Once we establish a working menu and certainty of working together we then will scehdule a menu tasting to confirm the menu and discuss logistics of the event.
