Shan Strong Photography

Hi! I'm Shan, I've been a professional photographer for 3 years now. My first two years of photography were spent working for a prominent company in Denver called From The Hip Photo, that taught me everything I know about all things commercial photography. I shot hundreds of shoots for them from real estate to weddings, families, headshots, branding, fashion, events and everything in between! You name it - I've shot it (I even photographed a dog fashion show once!)

In the last year I decided to work for myself after moving to Phoenix, Arizona. I'm freelancing in any commercial work at the moment.

I describe my style as true to tone, on the warmer side. And in indoor settings I utiltize off camera flash photography to improve lighting.

My goal is to always make you feel comfortable in front of the lens so that you can show up as your authentic self. My job is to focus on all the details, you get to enjoy your moment in front of the lens!

I'm a really laid back go with the flow person, but I give direction where needed when it comes to posing.

When I'm not behind the lens you can find me doing yoga, hiking, skiing, or building out my E450 shuttle bus! I'm really passionate about spirituality and overall wellbeing:)
