About
In the entire world there is only one YOU! Wouldn't it be nice if that amazing uniqueness was THE important issue up for discussion here because it really is! All photographers have cameras and geeky gear and speak about weird stuff like ISO and f-stops. That should be taken for granted. What should NOT be take for granted is YOU! Working with me is an experience that draws out the beauty of your truth not a "photo shoot" which sounds more like a hunting trip!
I have 20 years of experience as a visual storyteller in multiple niches including event photography, portaiture, performance, nature/landscape.
i enjoy capturing the beautiful stories of people, places and events.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer is unique so I don't use a cookie cutter, one-size-fts all approach. Ideally, I like to meet customers face-to-face beforehand to get to know them a little, their personality, special needs, etc... which helps maintain a professional and cordial atmosphere during their session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained for event photography with Clay Blackmore of Rockville, Maryland.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have an hourly fee for my time during a photography session but it would be counter productive to lump the wonderful variety of customers and their individual needs into a single "pot."
How did you get started in this business?
I have been taking photographs all my life. I started with an old boxy Brownie and then Polaroid as a child, moving up to an SLR then DSLR around 18-20 years ago.
