MealP.R.E.Ps is the work of our talented chef, CEO, and 2019 Phoenix Lady Chef Showdown winnner Triniti Hester.
We make food for EVERYONE!!! Our goal is to create a balanced menu that is also seasonal and filled with healthy and some indulgent eating options for everyone's pallet. We are a Strongly ORGANIC and Farm-to-table company.Designing favorite meals for Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescetarian, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free or Gluten - Free dieting.

Our Menu is seasonal, and we pair with alot of local farmers and vendors to support small businesses. It gives us alot of freedom for imagination and creativiity. There are no diets involved so we can make things to anyone specifications.

My prices are listed on my site. Orders of larger groups or orders can recieve a Tier discount depending on the size of the order.
How did you get started in this business?
We established in May of 2019.
After a leap of faith on my 35th Birthday. This is my first steps to getting a brick and mortar establishment. I am a gifted and inspired chef in my own right and in a professional setting.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I enjoyed my time working with Black on the Job for their Quarterly womans brunch. It was rewarding to mix with my fellow women in business, but also spend the quiet moments listening to the speakers on how to, network, uplift, and support them.
It's always a bonus when i get to learn on the job.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Never settle for anything less than what you want. Just expect to pay a fair and equal cost for the service.
