My name is Tynan. My mother had a restaurant when I was born and I've been in them ever since. I've worked in some of the best kitchens in Arizona, including Nobu in Scottsdale. I've done just about every position front or back. In addition to French techniques I'm also familiar with traditional Japanese and Korean food. Food is what I love and having people enjoy what I create feeds me.
