What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple. LISTEN. Ask you clients the right questions and manage expectations. Most jave an idea of what they want and as a professional it's my job to figure out how i can deliver the best outcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no direct trainning that relates to my photograohy/videography. Alot of research and application, I'm a creative by nature but had to do alot of study to be technically profiicient.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have a standard hourly rate of 100-150. Some work does call for higher rates.
How did you get started in this business?
I was appointed the family photographer by my father in law who bought a new camera for our family vacation. From there it grew into request to shoot for friends and familly.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Canon mostly for the first several years and then i transitioned to mirrorless systmes. Ive been shooting Sony 4-5 years ago.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Im going to geek out for a min, i got the iphione 12 and a new mac mini for christmas sooooo yeah i was really pumped.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
try to find the right fit with the person not just the quality of the work or "style"
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
think though to the final product, the look and feel of the photos/video you want to have.
