What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since COVID, we have been consulting with our clients via Zoom or texting. It depends on what communication preference the client desire. Once our, client has reached out we set-up an official consultation that normally take 30 minutes just to keep detailed information on what the clients "Dream Request" entails. The client secure their date with us and sign their contract. Our team begins the process of designing and scheduling future meetings with our customer should need be. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event. On the day of we are there to create our magic and assist with any other stresses that may araise. Elegant & Effortless!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Wedding Planner of (ABC) Association of Bridal Consultants organization.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing depends on the details and desires that are shared by our customers. We have starting prices for each of our services we render but again this change as we are given the specifics of what our clients request are.
How did you get started in this business?
I started by doing my parents vowel renewal and was approached by a close family friend who encouraged me to start my own business because of the outcome of the event. I quickly organized a team and setup shop after I educated myself on the dos and don'ts of the industry.
