Before we were even engaged, we were at an event that Chef Carmen was catering. We joked that, because the food was so good, we should just have her cater our wedding. Well, when time cam, we called a few other caterers, just to feel like we were doing our due diligence. But it was always going to be Chef Carmen. We were so well taken care of, at every step. She catered our wedding-tasting for a small group of family and friends as if it were a fun garden party. We wound up with 200 guests at our wedding, and no traditional dinner seating. Chef Carmen helped plan the layout of her food prep/serve stations around the venue, creating a fun environment where people could grab food and go where they wanted. Between our slider stations, and our macaroni and cheese, and mashed potato stations, the variety of flavors was astounding. My personal bias aside, it was not only the best food presentation I have seen at a wedding, but also the best wedding food, period. Having eaten Chef Carmen’s food at a number of different kinds of events, for differing numbers of people, she is the only person I would ever consider having cater an event.

Carmen is extremely professional and does a phenomenal catering spread including wine options that compliment the dishes. She catered my wife’s 30th birthday, a party of about 30 people, and turned our rooftop into a gastronomic paradise. I’d highly recommend her.

She’ll help come up with the perfect menu for the occasion. And most importantly the food is always delicious! She is also available to assist with the set up, serving and clean up if necessary.
