How did you get started in this business?
Learned to cook many years ago & never looked back. Small events lead to big things. Knowing & Understanding what Herbs, Spices, & Seasonings that go into each Genre of food, makes all the difference.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Independent Customers, Celebrities, Corporate & Private Families. Each Customer or Client is different & unique. Giving quality service to each is my goal.
