What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
customers can call and make reservations over the phone and we will send them confirmation that's considered a binding contract betwen Coastalwest limousine and them.
customers can also come to our office, physically check out our fleet and book or reserve their limo in the spot.
a credit card is required on file for damages or extra charge when they occur. however customer can also pay cash at the day of the service ($150 deposit is required for the cash payments)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
bachelors degree in Science economics in 1997
Another Bachelors degree in business management 2012.
5 years experience in the united states navy ( pay attention to details and get things done the right way the first time)
12 years experience in the Limousine and transportation industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Transfers and round trips based on zones, mileages, day and time of the week.
hourly is based on the size of the limo or the limo bus.
Only saturday (4 hours min) any other day 3 hours min for the hourly packages.
price is always Negociable.
How did you get started in this business?
i started managing a limo company for my freind who didn't know anything about management at that time. i was during military to civilian transition and i noticed that it wasn't a hard thing to get myself into.
i was accepted at couple federal jobs but i prefered to be my own boss especially after coming out from a career where you have to take order for a living. LOL
What types of customers have you worked with?
i worked with all type of customers.
i drove for years in my business and i still drive some of my VIPs per their request.
i worked with children with disabilities
i worked with the make a wish kids foundation
i worked with CEOs, known surgeons and doctors, reserchers, celebrities, prom kids, weddings, quenceneras, funerals, birthdays............. trust me i have seen it all.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
check out the vehicles (limos, buses,.....) and the licensing and permit. is the only advise i have for customers at all times.
