What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess the client's needs: what specifically is the client envisioning? What moments is the client looking for to be captured? Once I believe I have obtained a good understanding of the client's desired frames, we discuss the deliverables (prints, files, wall art, etc.). All is detailed in a photography contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been active in photography for 30+ years. I began with a very basic, all manual SLR and a wet darkroom (B/W). I spent many years with film but switched to digital in 2005.
