    Frequently asked questions

We pride ourselves on working directly and intimately with our customers. The initial consultation is complimentary. We work with our clients to customize a meal plan that fits their desires and budget.

We studied Culinary Arts at LA Trade Tech College,  the oldest accredited culinary arts program in the country. We also have a bachelor's degree in Business.

We do for our popular menus. Mostly we customize a price per our client's desires and financial ability.
I started by just cooking for fun. Then people started requesting me to make pans of food for their events. Since I was already an event planner it was a fluid transition to add catering to my company's services.
I work with individual, organizations, corporate, and government sectors.
A recent event was a fundraiser for 600 people. We did three 8-foot tables of charcuterie. People loved it. We also did food to match the purpose. Science- pasta with a dropper to infuse the herb sauce into the jar.
Make sure the caterer is Serv safe certified, insured, and offers the genre of food you most desire. There are many great caterers out there but these parameters may help you narrow down so you make the best choice.
