What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research. Go with your first mind. You can arrange for a tasting if it's in your budget. Expect quality and quantity. You get what you pay for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What kind of food are they looking to have? Does the food need to be dropped off or will it be picked up? If it's served, is there a certain way the client wants it done? Does the client have allergies? Does the client want appetizers and if so, will they be passed?
