Hi I'm Tish! Hairstyling has been something that I have enjoyed doing since my teen years. I have been licensed for 20 years. Offering different options for my clients from hair care to styles that work with their lifestyle. A great hairstyle always makes you feel great!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I begin with a consultation about the style desired, lifestyle, and if it works I continue with steps taken to get the style and the future upkeep of the style. If style doesn't work for their lifestyle, I offer alternatives that may work better.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the industry for 20+ years. I have been an educator for L'oreal USA Mizani team for 8 years. Hair cutting classes with Pivot Point. Coloring classes with many professional brands. Certified with Dream Catchers and many extension classes for different techniques.

How did you get started in this business?

I always had a niche for hair. Through high school I styled my own hair and a few friends also. After working a corporate job a few years, I decided I wanted go back to school for cosmetology. I wanted to do something I enjoyed and could control the hours I worked.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of clients. From volunteering with the homeless to working in low end and top tier salons. I have also worked with models and actors in photo shoots to movies.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

My most recent event I had the pleasure of working was the Miss Asian International Pageant.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
