What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

There's an introductory, consultation and a scheduled appointment date.

If a client has decided to make an appointment after a free consultation, a non-refundable deposit is required to hold the appointment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a Cosmetology Instructor, trained and certified with Pivot Point, SilkOut System Blowout and Hair Color.

How did you get started in this business?

I never thought of becoming a hairstylist. A group of friends were attending beauty college and i had nothing else better to do so i decided why not go. I didn't take it serious in the beginning, until i grew into it and fell in love with it, it's been my passion ever since. 

What types of customers have you worked with?

Business professionals, oprah singers, First Ladies, everyday working women and men.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Communication is most important. 

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Are you able to preform the requested services. What's the wait time and how much for the service.
