What I studied at Culver City beauty college graduated from beauty school in 1995 I have studied different numerous hair shows and have had some of the greatest mentors throughout my career. I still educate myself because in this career this profession is always evolving and coming out with new bigger and better ideas to make our profession substantial and phenomenal

Well I got started in the business because I've had family members that were in the business I've always been surrounded in this build my mom was a hair stylist and she owns three different hair salons when I was a little girl I also noticed that even though she owned her own and that was her driven career I also had an interest in it effortlessly I have had many I've have many talents in doing here so something that I pursued there was other Ventures I had but I seem to always stayed with this career I love what I do and passion what I do and I love the most rewarding is seeing a happy face when a client leaves my chair or me leaving them when I mobile service them

 I work with all different type of customers from all different ethnicities and backgrounds from entertainment to working nine-to-five students young adolescents little girls and boys career-driven patient and patient. To me that's the whole adventure of largest careers that you need different people ball different walks of life and that's what makes it really fun to me because no two people are the same that's how the word world is very diverse so I would have to say have a very diverse clientele and I'm used to working with everyone

 I can't say I have a recent event that I'm fond of I would say the most recent that I was fond of was a wedding party I did there was a lot of charismatic people there was really fun they were very hospitable and made my job very easy very organized although I know weddings to eat all over the place with this wedding was very organized very professional which made my job much easier everyone was in all over the place so it was one of the best weddings that I've done less stressed it was very nice

My advice is basically a definitely do a background check also have them do a couple of models. Never hire family or friends everyone will be on a probation period until proven. 2 - 5 years of experience in a salon and last but not least send in clients that work for you of different personalities and see how that employee handles the client how professional they can be

I like for client to be themselves being a professional cosmetologist you would have to be patient and know how to deal with all different type of personalities everyone is different both with love and kindness and professionalism the worst person can soften up
