What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get information for the event and submit my pricing and packages to my customers. Weather it be a meet up, e-mail, or a phone conversation I’m always available to answer any questions to avoid confusion later down the line.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied film and photography in both high school and city college as well as a bachelors in marketing at Fresno State to advertise and push my business forwards and get myself in front of customers or clients who are needing videography and photography.
