Hello, my name is Dr. Jenni'fer Chapman and I’ve had the honor of officiating weddings since 2005. With a PhD in Theology, I approach each ceremony with deep reverence for the sacredness of marriage, viewing it as a profound blood covenant—a union that reflects commitment, love, and spiritual connection.

Beyond officiating, I’m also passionate about helping couples create the wedding of their dreams. Whether it’s planning the flow of your day or perfecting your color coordination, I’m here to ensure your special day is both meaningful and memorable. Additionally, I’m an active advocate for the unhoused community, and I bring that same heart for service and compassion to every couple I work with.
