What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My clients usually contact me via email, facebook messenger, instagram or text. I then assist my prospective clients with finding the look that they want with either screenshots or example photos from my portfolio. Once that is done I continue the booking process on my facebook business page as we coordinate the date and time. Booking fees are then made to guarantee commitment to the photoshoot that is non-refundable. After completion of the photoshoot, the client has the opportunity to select the photos then or to select the photos from proofs delivered online.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a military photographer for 3 years aboard the USS Spruance (DDG111) and ARCO (ARDM-5) publishing works for retirements, headshot and command functions.

How did you get started in this business?
I've always had a fondness of showing beauty through visual arts. When I was younger I used to always draw pictures and as I got older, I got into photography when I learned more about painting with light.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with musicians, active duty military and retiring personnel, social media influencers, models, fashion designers, couples, singles, and children.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look at their portfolio, look at their portfolio, LOOK AT THEIR PORTFOLIO!!! At the end of the day, the photographer needs to prove to you that they can back up their skillset with their portfolio. Photographers that specialize in fields WILL cost more because of their reliability and practice while beginners will charge cheaper. Invest into the look that you want with a photographer that you can trust.

What is your desired look?
Is that look realistic and achievable with the weather?
Does the photographer's porfolio fit my vision for the look?
Do I want natural light or do I want photos that look like higher production?
