We love to work with people full stop. Capturing moments in one's life is a gift and we treasure it.

We once photographed a family together and sadly the mother died quite soon after, they used our work at the funeral and were eternally grateful... that is the level of gratitude we love!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Hey, I always like to speak with everyone we work with personally via phone or in-person. We take a creative, patient and efficient process with photo/video work.

Capturing a moment involves being open to the moment, letting your guard down and being vulnerable on camera to share something authentic with the viewer.

Our +17 years of works speaks for itself... let's talk!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We price based on hourly if the project is standard. Rates vary from $200 to upwards of $500 per hour based on the needs of the shoot. We can include or add-on hair and make-up as needed and know of hundreds of great locations to shoot in the SF Bay Area.

How did you get started in this business?

I wanted to be a National Geographic photographer as kid from age 5. I was always attracted to the visual images and have developed a lifetime of work around this passion and commitment to visual creativity!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of people from Hollywood A-list, to professional adventure sports athletes to business leaders and also awesome people!

People are people, they require patience, care and listening to.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I got to video document a private event where technology hacks and insights were being shared, I felt lucky to be in the room and now the featured speaker and I are connected friends.

What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?

Check people's history, any online references and read the reviews, we have tons on Yelp, search Brick House Media or Brick House Images and you will see our track record. Demand a proposal with what is and is not included for your shoot.

If things seem or feel off or off, bail out... not worth it. There is great creativity out there, and also people to worry about.

What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?

Consider your end result first, what do you want to achieve?

Realize to hire talented people with real experience and creative ideas costs more money, be willing to pay for that.

Check references and online reviews first.

Ask people for a proposal and samples of their work first.
