Andalusia catered our Christmas party this year. I had 25 guests to plan for and was not sure what to order. Chef Mark helped me plan the entire meal including appetizers, main course, and dessert while staying within my budget. They were right on time with the delivery and everyone absolutely loved the food.

Mark and crew are slways a delight to work with. Service with a smile. Quality of epic proportions. Details are managed appropriately and well in advance, thus alleviating any room for misunderstanding. Never dissppointed.

I have been buying ready meals and side dishes from the owner for the past three years and have been very satisfied for the most part. On the occasional less than stellar experience, he has been gracious to make things right again, which speaks to his high customer service. I would definitely recommend him!
