What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always contact the customer to get info and details. Than provide menus which are seasonal or we can prepare custom menus. We are able to put together the entire event for our clients including staff, rentals, decor, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff are Professional Chefs.
