What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recieve an inquiry from a potential client and we call or reply via email which ever the client prefers. and we find out what type of event they are doing and we discuss menu options and email many of our menu choices as well as speaking to the client to make a dish that is unique to them and the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the culinary field full time for the last 25 years. I am a graduate of Top Chef and I have all the licenses insurances and ServSfe certifications that are required.
