    Chef James is a food artist. His food is creatively designed with unique ingredients and surprises such as edible flowers in a salad. One time he created a beautiful salad in a Parmesan cheese “taco” shell to accommodate a low carb request. It was a salad that looked like a taco. Not only was it cool to look at and nutritious, it was delicious! And his fish entres are amazing with unique combinations of flavors and so beautifully plated.
    He loves his work and it shows in his meal creations. I am grateful to be able to have a nationally recognized chef in our community.

    We recieve an inquiry from a potential client and we call or reply via email which ever the client prefers. and we find out what type of event they are doing and we discuss menu options and email many of our menu choices as well as speaking to the client to make a dish that is unique to them and the event.

    I have been working in the culinary field full time for the last 25 years. I am a graduate of Top Chef and I have all the licenses insurances and ServSfe certifications that are required.
