What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like for my client to send me a picture of either you on your best day or something that you desire to look like so that we can come up with your own variation of that style or duplicate it. Then I can see if I can achieve it or refer you out. I will never say yes to something that I don't think I'm capable of. Meeting your needs is my number one priority.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I don't have a price list available. Once a picture is sent to me I can give you a range. My pricing is pretty consistent. I offer referral discounts.
How did you get started in this business?
I was born with this gift. I have never not done hair. My father transformed the garage into a salon when I was in the ninth grade and I have been able to be blessed with blessing others since 1995. I became licensed in 2008 and have been working in the salon ever since. I was placed on this Earth to bring beauty out of each person that has crossed my path.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I serviced ALL textures of hair. No person is exempt because of gender, race or background.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Please know your hair goals and know that I am not a stylist that will do what I think is best, but I will definitely coach you and we will come to a compromise on giving you what works for you.
